Being inclusive by design

We see inclusion as a mindset and an opportunity, and we encourage Collibrians to be “inclusive by design.” Being inclusive by design is about everyday actions and decisions - big and small - and allows us to ask questions about everything from accessibility to intercultural differences, expanding our diversity of thought. Our decisions and solutions are designed to enable employees to act and connect intentionally with our work and with each other.

Promote Equity, Belonging and Inclusion

We promote belonging through the continuous delivery of accessible, equitable, and inclusive experiences. We look for ways to develop and retain our employees, focusing on their unique strengths. We act with belonging top of mind and practice small acts of inclusion daily because that’s how we build a safe and shared space.

Foster community and connection

By developing our cultural competency and seeking to understand each other, we enrich the connections and the community that we have at Collibra. We create an environment that values kindness, recognizes the power of unified teams and prioritizes psychological safety. We see our differences and similarities as chances to connect more deeply with each other, our work and our mission.

Hire thoughtfully and inclusively

We design inclusive candidate experiences and create strong teams by recruiting from a wide range of backgrounds. In recognizing the changing workforce, we apply the inclusion lens to all that we do, expanding the way we enable our teams, set our requirements and evaluate our decisions.

Deliver insight and impact

We’ve integrated holistic measurement practices and we promote incremental impact and improvements. Storytelling through data is key and so we employ the insights that we capture from our own Data Intelligence platform. We also use a range of tools and methodologies to ensure our insights are precise and effective.

Lead with purpose

As we develop our Equity and Impact program, we will continue supporting Collibrians with social equity matters and causes around the world that are close to their hearts and aligned with our values. We look to create intentional social impact partnerships and experiences so that we can fulfill our commitments as global citizens.

We’re building a community

Collibrians around the world celebrate each other’s differences, and recognize the similarities we all share. Our Equity and Impact Communities are one of the many ways in which we’re fulfilling our commitment to inclusion by design. These community-founded and community-led groups create a more welcoming environment for all Collibrians to establish connections that can bridge borders and perspectives.

The “Black Latinx Employee Networking & Development” community aims to develop, amplify, celebrate and promote Black and Latinx Collibrians.

We foster an environment where people of all gender identities and sexual orientations can grow and succeed as their authentic selves.

We created a supportive outlet for Collibrians with families to connect, make recommendations, and ask for advice at all stages of family.

Our mission is to provide a community that shares traditions, fosters professional development, and encourages advocacy for the advancement of Asians.

Planet Collibra

Planet Collibra contributes to climate initiatives to address the climate crisis. We help bring Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategy to life.
